  • What size unit do I need?

    Review the "What size unit" fits your needs to assist you in determining what unit will fit your needs.

  • What is the process to get a storage unit?

    a. Identify which location is best for you.

    b. Check site availability based on your storage needs

    c. Based on units available at the location, check The Unit Sizes Page to assist you in determining what size unit is best for you. If you are still unsure, please call the office and we will assist you.

    d. Contact the office to obtain a PDF contract.

    e. PDF Contracts are sent via email, or we can set up an appointment to meet at the site.

    f. Once the contract is complete and the invoice is paid the unit # will be assigned.

  • Is there a refund if I move out prior to my contract date?

    We DO NOT prorate move-outs. Rent is paid in full on the contract due date of each month. If you move out prior to the end of your contract due date, we do not give credit for a partial month.

  • Is there a security deposit?

    We do not require a security deposit; we do require that the monthly rent is paid on the contract due date.

  • Do you offer outside parking?

    Yes, we offer various sizes for parking your RV, boat, trailers, etc., this is available at the 114 VanderBunt Lane location.

  • Is there a late fee?

    Late fees are applied if the payment is not paid on the contract due date.

  • Do I need to give a notice prior to vacating the unit?

    Yes, we require a 10 day notice prior to vacating the unit. We encourage customers to vacate on your contact due date.

  • Do you provide a lock?

    We do not provide a lock we suggest a good quality lock, preference is a disc lock.

  • Do you provide insurance?

    We do not provide insurance on your personal belongings, insurance should be obtained through your renters or home owners insurance plan.
